I started a decade ago in industrial design — furniture, retail fixtures, medical environments — where every decision had material cost and machine time. That's where the method comes from: design thinking applied under real constraints, not on infinite blank canvases.
I still lead with design. The difference now is reach: I prototype in code, build automations, and integrate AI in production with Claude and MCP. Strategy and execution under one roof — fewer handoffs, faster from idea to shipped.
